This is an exciting new opportunity to help Kink Down South grow and empower our community as part of this inaugural board. You will help shape the function and scope of future Kink Down South events and initiatives. The level of engagement will vary by role with some roles being more hands on such as Director of Creative and Finance, and others being more guidance driven such as the Community Advisor roles. Board Members are expected to attend 4 quarterly meetings a year that will last approximately 2 hours. Between work and meetings the expected workload is approximately 3-8 hours a month at most. Board members are also encouraged to participate in fundraising and development activities such as KDS bar nights and other events.
