Kink Down South Weekend 2025 will take place in Midtown Atlanta across a variety of locations, including Atlanta Eagle, Heretic Atlanta, the host hotel, and our new home, Guardian Works!

We strongly encourage all Weekend Passholders to join us for the Gear and Greet, Friday, August 1st, 7 PM to 9 PM at the host hotel to pick up your pass.

Individual tickets can be claimed on the day of the event at the location. 

There will be general tickets for sale and pickup at the following locations:

• Host Hotel: Saturday and Sunday during active class hours
• Guardian Works: Saturday and Sunday 12 PM – 8 PM
• Heretic Atlanta: Door sales will be available for SMUT from 10 PM – 3 AM.
• Atlanta Eagle: Door sales will be available for LOAD from 9 PM – 3 AM.

The Daytime Festival is open to all individuals 18+. ID is required for entry. Those under 21 at the festival will have the backs of their hands marked with non-toxic marker. 

Certain events will be 21+ based on the venue’s policy. Any age restrictions will be noted on the ticket site when tickets go on sale.

Friends can not pick up loose wristbands for someone else not present. IDs are checked when picking up wristbands.

Attendees must transfer their tickets by following the instructions at the top of the KDS Weekend ticketing page (CLICK HERE) and should be done prior to checking in. 

If they have not transferred their tickets – ask them to step aside and transfer their tickets before proceeding.

Absolutely not! We encourage and celebrate kinksters of all kinds to come out and be apart of the community. Our events are open to everyone regardless of gender identity/expression, orientation, ability, faith, ancestral background.

Kink Down South is required to follow all local, state, and federal laws to the best of our ability and intervene in any discovered instances of “lewd behavior”. Given our new venue, we are adopting the same policy as Folsom Europe:

So new for 2025 – there are also 3 other rules we ask you to respect:

– no nudism (cover your genitals  – topless is welcome for all genders)

– no „wild“ pissing (we have almost 40 toilet cabins, please use them)

– no sex 

No sex? Yes, we know everyone is excited to play. No doubts. But the Festival is a social event in public, a pride event essentially. So no sucking, fucking, jacking-off.  Connect via our dedicated Telegram chat for private apartments, hotel rooms, or come to the official play party! 

We have a three-strikes policy on public sexual activity, as follows:

Step 1 – Verbal warning. Our Security team may stop you and ask that you take your given activity (e.g., masturbation, oral/anal/vaginal sex) indoors to an appropriate local establishment;

Step 2 – Ejection from the fair. Our Security team will escort you to the closest gate, requesting that you do not return. If needed, we will ask for APD assistance, and we will alert our gates personnel that you are not allowed to re-enter; and,

Step 3 – Citation. If you are found back on the event grounds, we will turn the matter over to APD.

These policies mirror similar events, including Folsom Street Fair (SF) and Folsom Europe.

Kink Down South strives to create as accessible of spaces as possible but understands there are limitations within the spaces we inhabit.

Our new festival location is fully ADA-compliant, making it easier for folks to navigate the spaces in full including ramp access to all areas, wheelchair accessible bathrooms, and bars on all levels to ensure ease of access.

FESTIVAL GROUNDS
Given our new venue and event style, we are adopting the same policy as Folsom Europe. There are 3 other rules we ask you to respect:

No nudism except the Nude Social and Nude Yoga that take place in a dedicated area. (Cover your genitals, topless is welcome for all, but due to GA Law AFAB must cover areolas, e.g., pasties are encouraged) 

HOST HOTEL
Must be dressed in street-legal clothing when in public areas. Speedos and Binikis are allowed for the pool – genitals and butts must be covered at all times. This is a shared space – it is not a hotel buyout. Those violating this may be asked to leave the hotel. 

ATLANTA EAGLE AND THE HERETIC ATLANTA

Cover your genitals; topless is welcome for all, but due to GA Law, AFAB must cover areolas, e.g., pasties are encouraged. Assless chaps, jocks, and underwear is allowed.

We love a good circuit party and while we have 3 days of parties at various locations, and circuit looks/folx are welcome, the music and style of events will cross various genres with a focus on house.

Both the Heretic Atlanta and Atlanta Eagle will have a clothes check open during our events run by their teams.

During the Festival, we’ll have a locker truck on site that you can secure your items for 1 or 2 days! Plus phone charging rentals! 

Unfortunately there is not a shuttle. We promise it’s on our radar and we are very close to being able to provide one on a regular basis as we continue to grow.

We strongly encourage ride shares this year for those who plan on imbibing during the event. There are dedicated pick-up and drop-off points, including ADA parking and drop-off in front of the door.

There is a dedicated Ride Share channel in our official Telegram group for arranging rides with others. 

For those who enjoy a smoke, cigar ,or cigarette, we ask that you be considerate of where you partake. 

During the Festival you make smoke outside. Please be courteous of those around you and make use of the ashtrays provided.

You’re welcome to smoke on the decks/patios of either the Atlatna Eagle or Heretic Atlanta. There is no smoking inside. 

There is plenty of parking at the host hotel and Guardian Works. 

For Guardian Works there is ample street and garage parking. There is also a reserved lot next directly next to the venue for ADA parking. We will also have a designated ride share pickup and drop off area – cause if you plan of drinking (or anything thing else) – please don’t drive. There is also dedicated ADA pickup and drop-off areas.

There is also plenty of parking at the host hotel. Parking is included with all official KDS hotel reservations (in and out) and a $10/day pass can be purchased for in-and-out parking for not hotel guests (especially for those that want a little in-and-out in the demo/play suites in the evenings.)

Yes! Our Host Hotel this year is the Sonesta Select Atlanta Midtown at Georgia Tech. We have a special bloc for attendees. Book Your Room for KDS Weekend today!

Please refrain from being any animal into out events. It’s be crowded, loud, and not suitable for most animals.

Service animals are permitted. If they need water, please see a volunteer and we’ll be happy to help. 

We want you to be your authentic self. From pups, to doms, gimps to leather – rubber, rope and everything in between – all kinks between consenting adults is welcome.

We encourage our ABDLs and Ageplayer friends to come as they wish! Open wear is allowed at KDS Events. However we are unable to provide littles with a changing space and ask that any materials be properly disposed of.

During the Gear And Greet – all Weekend Passholders are welcome.

During the weekend the official hotel policy is that it’s for guests of the hotel – so we would suggest attending with a guest staying there. We just ask that you be respectful and remember that we have not bought out the hotel (this year) and other guests may be present. Though we do have a strong majority of the room

Yes! We have a variety of food trucks coming! Including vegetarian/vegan options. 

Food trucks will be present at:

• Gear and Greet: Cisco’s Smokehouse, latin inspired BBQ
• KDS Weekend Festival: Sometimeatarian, vegan and asian fusion & Tex’s Tacos, classic tacos and Tex Mex.
• Plus Frios Gourmet Pops and Mister Softee will be stopping by the festival!
