Zero Tolerance For HATE
Kink Down South strives to create a safe space anyone seeking to feel included in the LGBTQ+ and Kink/Fetish community. All bodies, genders, identities, and orientations are welcome.
We have a strict zero-tolerance policy against the use of slurs, derogatory remarks, and symbols of hate. Any participant found engaging in such behavior will be immediately removed from the event without refund.
CLOTHING POLCIES
FESTIVAL GROUNDS
Our new venue is allowing us to offer greater flexibility in our clothing policy! During the festival at 535 Mean Street NW –
NUDITY IS PERMITTED!
- No “wild“ pissing (we have restroom trailers, please use them)
- No sex
No sex? Yes, we know everyone is excited to play. No doubts. But the Festival is a social event in public, a pride event essentially. So no sucking, fucking, or masturbation in the public areas or bathrooms. Connect via our dedicated Telegram chat to connect with other attendees. (Hint: we can neither confirm nor deny, as designated alley for a quick trist.)
HOST HOTEL & SHUTTLE
Must be dressed in street-legal clothing when in public areas on the shuttle bus.
ATLANTA EAGLE AND THE MASQUERADE
- Cover your genitals; topless is welcome for all, AFAB must cover areolas, e.g., pasties are encouraged. Assless chaps, jocks, and underwear is allowed.
- The Atlanta Eagle will have outfitted “backroom” areas. We encourage you to use them!
BAG POLICY
Please be advised that while bags are allowed at KDS Weekend, they are subject to search. No weapons or firearms are permitted on the premises.
Individual venue bag policies are subject to change and will be updated here and communicated before each event.
Play & Scene Etiquette on the Festival Grounds
Consensual scene play—including non‑penetrative kink and BDSM scenes—is permitted on the festival grounds only when it strictly adheres to the clothing policy (i.e. No penetrative sex in public). Acceptable scenes include impact play, rope, sensation play, etc.

- Knives and sharp implements are NOT permitted on the festival grounds.
- Blade tools may ONLY be used during sanctioned knife‑play classes.
- You must securely store any such items in your vehicle or off-site before entering the main festival area. They will not be allowed inside under any circumstances.
Event photography
Kink Down South has Official photographers throughout our events. Photography from Kink Down South Weekend and other events could potentially be used in future marketing and advertising.
If you don’t want a photo taken of you in a moment, Just ask.
CONFLICT RESOLUTION
Kink Down South is required to follow all local, state, and federal laws to the best of our ability and intervene in any discovered instances of “lewd behavior”.
Escalation Warnings
Step 1 – Verbal warning. Our Security team may stop you and ask that you take your given activity (e.g., masturbation, oral/anal/vaginal sex) to an appropriate venue;
Step 2 – Ejection from the festival. Our Security team will escort you to the closest gate, cut your wristband and request that you do not return. If needed, we will ask for APD assistance, and we will alert our gates personnel that you are not allowed to re-enter; and,
Step 3 – Citation. If you are found back on the event grounds, we will turn the matter over to APD.
REFUND POLICY
Cancellation by Attendee:
Before June 1, 2026: Full refund minus a processing fee of $10.
June 1 – July 1, 2026: 50% refund of the ticket price.
After July 1, 2026: No refunds will be issued.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling:
If the event is canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics). In that case, registered attendees will be offered the option to transfer their registration to the new dates or receive a full refund.
Transfer of Registration:
Registrations are transferable. If you cannot attend, you may resell your ticket to another individual using our ticket vendor’s resell function, provided it is done up to 7 days prior to the event date.
On-Site/Day-of Ticket Purchases
Non-Refundable: Tickets purchased on-site or on the day of the event are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.
No-Show Policy:
No refunds or credits will be issued for attendees who do not show up for the event without prior notice.
Force Majeure:
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., acts of God, government restrictions), the organizers reserve the right to modify the refund policy accordingly.

Power & Electricity
- Electrical outlets can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Please indicate your power needs on your application and our team will reach out with details.
Your Space & Display
- You are restricted to the space on top of and immediately behind your assigned table.
- Side stands are only permitted with prior approval from the KDS team.
- Do not encroach on your neighbor’s space; please be courteous to those around you.
- Sound or light displays (including video) are allowed unless they annoy fellow vendors or attendees.
- If we receive complaints regarding your display’s noise or light, you will be asked to turn it off.
- Use only painter’s tape or 3M Command strips for wall displays.
- No signs or flyers may be affixed to wood surfaces with any adhesive.
- You are responsible for any damages caused to the venue by your display or hanging materials.
- Pre-set spaces include one table unless otherwise requested before setup.
Prohibited Items
- The KDS team reserves the right to remove any items deemed inappropriate for sale.
- Firearms: Strictly prohibited, zero exceptions.
- Alcohol: Strictly prohibited, zero exceptions.
- Weapons: Strictly prohibited, zero exceptions.
- Flammables: No incendiary items allowed other than candles and incense.
- Demonstrations: Candles and incense may not be lit for demonstration purposes.
- Scents: Perfumes and scents must be limited if the smell becomes overbearing to others.
- Food: No home-made, human-grade food items manufactured without FDA or local health oversight.
Adult Material & Age Restrictions
- Adult material (print, video, physical, etc.) is permitted.
- KDS is an 18+ event; minors are not allowed during any portion of the weekend.
- Evening event access is subject to specific venue policies.
- Any material depicting sexual situations with minors will result in immediate expulsion and legal action per Georgia state law.
Liability & Payments
- Vendors are responsible for any damage to property or equipment loaned to them.
- Equipment may not be modified (no holes, chips, paint, or glue).
- Invoices must be paid in full at least one month before the event begins.
